Facilities
At GrupaMar Valencia, we have a warehouse strategically located 9 km from the port of Valencia, with 3,500 m² of storage space and 18 loading/unloading docks that allow for efficient cross-docking operations. The facility is authorised by Customs/AEAT as a Temporary Storage Facility (TSF) and Authorised Location for Export Goods (LAME) to meet all the needs of non-EU goods and streamline exports, especially on our regular routes to the Canary Islands.
The facilities have excellent security levels, with 24-hour video surveillance and access control registration. GrupaMar Valencia has a Health Registration number, which means we can handle the transport of foodstuffs in our warehouse.
The logistics warehouse has a volumetric machine that weighs, measures and photographs all incoming goods, which increases our agility, control and accuracy in receiving loads.
The GrupaMar Valencia facilities also have an outdoor area for transhipping goods of special dimensions, as well as a workshop for maintaining our own fleet of lorries and other transport equipment such as containers, platforms, tractors and special equipment.
