We understand the importance of speed when it comes to shipping goods. That is why our customers can request collections quickly and efficiently through their GrupaMar Customer Area.
In this section, you can save your frequently used addresses, retrieve data from previous shipments and enjoy other features to help you manage your shipments.
Once we have received your collection request with the necessary information, the team at the relevant location will arrange the collection and confirm the time slot as soon as possible.
The traceability and control of goods is a key issue in the logistics sector. At GrupaMar, we are committed to providing you with up-to-date information on the status and location of your goods at all times.
Through the Shipment Tracking service, you can track your shipments in real time, and in the Customer Area you will find all the information about your shipment: weight, volume and photos of the goods upon receipt at our facilities taken by our volumetric machine (available for shipments passing through our Barcelona or Valencia offices), delivery note with the recipient’s signature and other information related to your shipment.
